BioArt: Sonoran and Arctic Environments
This is an interdisciplinary biology & art course in Arctic Finland. Collaborating teams of science and art students will develop independent scientific research projects in an Arctic ecosystem, as well as its communication through a creative artistic work. The course begins at the ASU West Valley campus and travels to the North of Finland for two weeks, where students will live and study at the Kilpisjärvi Biological Research Station while getting hands-on experience in novel, independent research and its communication.
